Law enforcement employees must lose a percentage of their salaries until racial injustices and the murder of black people in America is addressed and the police who murder blacks are put in prison for their crimes and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. 

A national cut in the pay of all law enforcement workers but especially police until the issues are resolved internally within individual police departments to end police brutality against minorities.
