I'm signing because every gain we make in the equality stakes needs to be defended. This is an important metric for women and for other groups who are not paid equally. We cannot stop levelling up

Because this is so very important. Companies have had 1 year already, and it gives out the wrong message - that it's not important. How much longer is this struggle to continue. Some companies I've worked have invested in preparation for reporting.
