Due to the occurence of certain circumstances amid these unprecented times, universities and college campuses have set new standards for students in taking certain online courses. Namely, a course to which has had a significant impact is the Mathematics in Modern World. However, the alloted duration given to a quiz is not ample time to answer each questions, especially of a tedious subject like this one. 

On behalf of the students in the online course Mathematics in the Modern World, we propose to eliminate the timer indicated to each question. Furthermore, we chose a petition format for the discretion of this issue, as many other students of the class as of their feelings and concerns should be heard anonymously.
