I would like to start a petition that makes it illegal for politicians to accept campaign contributions. In doing this I hope to eliminate Lobbyists and remind our politicians who thy truly work for. If this were passed, our hope would be that every candidate gets a specific amount from the government for campaigning, and no more. No private deals made to keep themselves in office.
