The United States of America should eliminate Private Attorneys

(And here’s why):

Private Attorneys are the corruption in the United States Court System.  The proverbial “head of the snake”, if you will.  Our Judges and Clerk’s Offices are at their beck-and-call.  ‘May the Party with the most expensive Private Attorney win’!  And they do.  All day, every day.  In every Courtroom in every District across the United States of America. 

Why do Private Attorneys exist if NOT for bias and favoritism in the Court?  Every other person going to work in every US Courthouse is a Government-paid employee. They are all; essentially, Public Servants.  Why are the men and women representing us not?  All Attorneys should be Public Servants (at no cost) and Guaranteed in every Proceeding our Courthouses Hear each day.  An Attorney is a Constitutional Right.

Attorneys should not have the right to create a bidding war over our Laws and the ramifications of breaking them.  The ENTIRE premise of the Legal Process in the United States is Justice.  A “Swift and Just” System. Equality.  Fairness.  We are NOT getting Justice.  We are NOT getting Swift.  We are NOT getting Equality.  And we are NOT getting Fairness. The “wealthy” literally do as they please.  Or, if guilt is completely undeniable and there is an Audience-they MAY get a slap on the hand at best.  Regardless of the very clearly written Laws at hand.  And those less financially stable (which are often-times the Victim of the other Party in question in Civil/Family Matters) are completely at the Mercy of this corrupt and bias "System". Children and families' home's being up-rooted, tortured for years on years. Racists, rapists and Pedophiles roaming the streets.  Not only allowed to ignore our Laws, but confident enough in the Corruption of the System (and their ability to buy it off) that they are blatant and cocky with their heinous crimes. Knowing their Victims will be attacked AGAIN in Open Court for trying to Stand up for themselves. And they; the Attackers, will be hailed a hero once their Private Attorney makes his/her case.  It’s embarrassing, sad and frankly repulsive to go on behaving as if this were the intent when our Constitution was written. Our System is failing in the MOST important determinations they make-Family and Civil Matters. Every. Single. Day.  Criminal as well.

This Country has beautifully written Laws.  They are well thought-out and fair, however; out-dated.  We aren’t letting the Judge be a Judge. And the Clerk be a Clerk.  But, we ARE letting greed cloud their judgment via expensive Lawyers in fancy suits with Hunting Trip passes or a Dinner at the newest, most elite Club/dance lessons/whatever personal kickback it requires to allow for more victims and less Laws at the hand of the Private Attorney on the Case.  Attempting to round-up corrupt Judges and Clerks in each District across the United States will NEVER work.  Has it thus far?  In my personal experience; I've been threatened with Contempt and to be immediately remanded if I recorded Hearings/Acts I KNEW to be illegal. Why? Because they KNOW what they're doing.  And are FIGHTING for this "Good Old Boy" System.  Knowing the entire back-door/Country Club deals are dependant on one Single Player-the Private Attorneys.  They are the Corruption.  They are the "Head of the Snake" that is making a joke out of our Constitution/Judicial Sysytem.  Eliminate Private Attorneys altogether and give our Courtrooms a chance at the equality they are designed for. And that we DESERVE as Americans.

**Not all Private Attorney's are 'bad'.  But, why give them the opportunity anymore?  It's the FASTEST way to level the playing field in a Courtroom.  And we ALL know it.
