Hire clinicians to perform psych evaluations for individuals awaiting parole decisions

Currently, my uncle is in prison awaiting a parole hearing, which is on hold until a psychiatrist evaluation can be conducted, by the Maryland Parole Board Commission.  A psychiatric evaluation must be performed before a parole decision can be made.   The current wait time to be seen by a psychiatrist for Parole consideration is 18-24 months.  One significant cause for delay is that there is only ONE licensed psychiatrist completing evaluations for the Maryland Parole Commission.

We are asking you to hire more licensed psychiatrists to perform evaluations for the Parole Commission to get eligible individuals through the process and re-entered back into society to reunite with their families and work to rebuild their lives in their communities.
