1. Arbitrary transfer of staff without due process often informed by personal reasons rather than professionalism.

2. Seeding discord amongst staff by igniting and fueling conflicts to achieve his own desired outcomes.

3. Nonpayment of Nurse's arrears despite County Assembly and Treasury availing funds for the payments.

4. Stagnation of staff promotions and non redesignation despite the county approving study leaves.

5. Non replacement of exited staff despite their emoluments already budgeted for. (Where does that money go?)

6. Incomplete projects on health department that have been cleared as "completed" and fully paid for.

7. Threatening staff with arrests and acting in bad faith to destroy staff unions.
