R. J. G. M started this petition to Usify AB (Sankt Larsgatan 12, 582 24 Linköping, Sweden and Barnhusgatan 20, 111 23 Stockholm, Sweden)

Elfwood, the sci-fi and fantasy art gallery first established in May 1, 1996, closed its doors fairly recently. How unfortunate. :C Try this link: elfwood.com, and if you see an error from your browser or a blank page, then hit the back button and sign this petition, as we're desperate for a solution to this problem.

Elfwood had some of the Internet's most unique artwork and fiction, including fan art and fan fiction, and we want said artwork and fiction to be accessible in the future, after years of downtime. There's still hope for Elfwood, it's main domain name (elfwood.com) is still taken, but when you attempt to browse it, it times out; as the servers that served elfwood.com are currently out of service. We want these servers back in service. We want elfwood.com and it's content to be accessible to future generations, and we want to enable future generations of artists and authors to operate on this platform.

I remember browsing Elfwood; and hopefully you will remember browsing Elfwood's gallery and library, and it's a shame that it's now unreachable. We look forward to seeing this website come back online after three years of downtime.

Elfwood was supposed to have a major redesign by mid 2016, which was teased by the following tweet: https://twitter.com/Elfwood/status/744824471870136320

The latest post in Elfwood's Facebook page mentions the cost of the redesign in US dollars: https://www.facebook.com/Elfwood-27112787425/

In order to revive Elfwood with the redesign that it was supposed to have in summer 2016, the goal of this petition is to convince Usify AB to establish a crowdfunding campaign for Elfwood's revival and redesign, with its members giving a portion of their money to support the cause, along with others who have disposable income.

This petition is part of the #MakeElfwoodOnlineAgain hashtag campaign on Twitter.
