Let’s get this out of the way, Knights of the Old Republic was (and still is) an absolutely amazing game series, there’s no doubt about that. A third game would be absolutely great and there’s no reason I can see as to why it wouldn’t sell well, given that they aren’t rushed and don’t find themselves running in to too many development issues. My life definitely hasn’t been perfect in any way, but this series has changed it for the better in so many ways. For their age, the games hold up quite well, but obviously, technology has increased light years ahead of what it was in 2003-2004 and a new game would be extremely refreshing. The characters(villains) in the Old Republic Era were arguably much more interesting and written very well for only appearing in these games. The storytelling in these games are extremely well done and the dialogue was very engaging and kept us interested and there’s absolutely no doubt it could be expanded on in a sequel. Everyone I know that has played these games can agree that it is a stellar series and there’s thousands of people that would agree that a sequel would be one of the biggest highlights in the history of Star Wars games. Games can get you really immersed in a lot of situations, but no other games have gotten me so lost in such an interesting universe like these games have, and like I’ve said, thousands of people agree. With these points, there’s no reason that titles or storylines should hold a company back from creating a work of art that actual big fans of the series would appreciate immensely. So please, let us be able to enjoy another title in one of the best series gaming has to offer.
