The community of Madden, We love football, we love creating Mega Teams in the Madden Ultimate Team (MUT). I can put Barry Sanders and Calvin Johnson on the same team, and put myself against the world. Its enjoyable, its fun. The problem with this game lately, isn't the game itself, at least, that's not what this is for.

Its the Artificial intelligence that automatically bans players for using Madden 22s auction house, more so for using their app, their companion app that they offer all of us, to buy and sell players (cards). I have seen an uptick of real people getting banned, and a lot of them complain that they were just buying and selling cards via companion app. This has to stop, the AI is much too sensitive. Playing MUT is more than just playing football, its who can create the most badass team out there, and to do that it requires gathering of coins, and purchasing packs for cards with real money and these coins then have cash value.

Playing Madden, MUT, it's more than just playing football, its who can gather the most coins to make the best team, and to do that, you have to play the auction house. For some, playing the auction is more enjoyable than playing the actual game of football. Some, I would say majority spend more time in the Auction house than anything else. 

Let's get to the point, shall we.

Players will post a card under market value, to gain a quick buck because they need those coins fast, and auction house pros (sharks) will "snipe" those cards, and resell them for the market value, sometimes for a quick 2-3k gain, sometimes 10-20k, sometimes more. These will usually get sold within an hour. Now, if you spam buy in the companion app or buy and sell too much, EAs AI Bot, will ban you, and you wait weeks, not days, weeks for a TOS Agent to see if this Artificial intelligence bot was correct or not, because a real person, doesn't actually ban you. It's a computer. Meanwhile, the packs you bought with REAL money, the cards you got out of them, your team, its rotting away, with each new card released, you lose value on those cards. I myself, been permanently banned for over 16 days now. My team is obsolete. My cards I bought to flip at a later date, now lost over 50% value. If and when a TOS team reviews my account and it gets unbanned, they don't give you that 50% back, they tell you, oops my bad. Keep playing though. Perhaps buy more packs with your real money. Don't buy cards too high or too low though, and if you use the app, well by golly.. use it once a day. Most youtubers tell everyone not to ever use it. That's scary and wrong of EA to provide an app, to get falsely banned. 

EA we should not live in fear of being banned for simply using an app, or for sniping a card at a low price. Our real hard earned money, can be ripped out of our hands so quick. This AI bot needs to be fixed. We need answers. We need something!
