London's Evening Standard and The Metro are free newspapers handed out at all London tube and train stations. These newspapers have urged their readers to vote in certain ways at election times (notably during the London Mayoral election). As they are both free and are promoting a particular political party they should be included in election costs for whoever they support - or be prohibited from publishing during purdah.
