Election Commission of India must set some Eligibility Standards for the contestants participating in election who would constitute Governance of India.

Simple is to understand that selection process of bureaucrat is so difficult.  So high potential candidates are selected but are left into the hands of illiterate & Crimpoliticans. How they will work & what productivity we will get from them?

Even a private company of any kind selects capable & suitable candidate for different job roles based on set standards then why can't there be a standard to contest in election of India? Ofcourse! we need a change.

Apart from other pre existing criterion we must include few more as mentioned below. 

Suggested Eligibility Criteria

1. Education: Post Graduation

2. Age Limit: min 18 max 60

3. No criminal offence

4. Pre-Election Test to check IQ level, Ethics & Working Standards

I think & am sure if implemented, this will act as a catalyst in the progress of our country.
