Many Senior Citizens & Specially abled persons who came out to vote found it very difficult to climb stairs to First Floor Voting Booths and vote. Election commission should see to it they they are saved this hassle and allowed to vote on Ground Floor. Also no Fans were provided in this summer heat, people standing in queue were suffering beacuse of the heat.
