This year, Oldham Athletic celebrate their 125th year as a football club. They have been the heart and soul of a struggling town for that time, yet the supporters have stayed loyal and hopeful throughout.

The club has seen many ups and many downs, including becoming founder members of the Premier League and also going into administration not too many years later.

However, the current owners of the club are destroying what little is left of this proud and once famous football club. Their decision making on and off the field is sending the club into the ground along with the likes of Bury FC.

We as fans ask that something is done BEFORE it is too late and not after. We do not want to be the next Bury FC. Stand up for us as fans and help us create change to get this club back to where it belongs.

Fan group Push The Boundary are already doing fantastic work to help this happen, however we need people that matter to sit up and take notice. 

The national press are always so keen to report on small clubs when it’s too late but never willing to help prevent terrible situations like with previous clubs. It is time to MAKE them listen and it is time to get our club back!
