Effective policing, honest investigation.

My daughter's assets accumulated after 14 years maximum permissible Short Service as Dental Officer in Army Dental Corps, have been stolen from our house at Lajpat Nagar. FIR number 0239 dt 24.03.2022 registered. Police claimed to have seen CCTV footage - there are at least 12 such installed and arrested two juveniles. It suits both the real thieves who removed almost 100 + cartons not just few items which is not possible by two 15 year olds, and the police - case would be closed, real culprits would be out, juveniles would be freed after couple of months in correction homes. Police need to be sensitive and active to punish the real culprits. My daughter's almost 12 army uniforms stolen are likely to be misused resulting into problems for us and nation at large. Our stolen items should be recovered from those who purchase stolen items, and returned to us. WI the Hon'ble Home Minister and the PMO and CM of UP (where items have been sold by thieves to someone in Moradabad, as informed by those arrested).
Honesty of purpose is defeated by reducing number of FIRs and closing the case with juveniles is a totally misconceived age old practice, and need to be stopped and erased and restore confidence of public.
We were planning to vacate Govt accommodation as the original alottee - my wife sacrificed her life for the nation by succumbing on 14th May 2021 to Covid-19 infection contracted during official duty for survey of this infection during mid April, 2021 in most endemic areas of Bhandara distt in Maharashtra. My son and myself also were infected and I had to be hospitalized on 15th May, a day after she left us in tears. Besides she, I lost two brothers, two nieces and one younger couwidow between 17th Feb to 5th June, 2021. In October 2021 lost only Bua to my wife. We are yet to overcome the shock and another huge problem slammed on our face.
