Please keep the momentum going for this innocent family
Nov 10, 2016 — Thank you so much all for signing, your support is greatly appreciated and has made us feel less alone. Please could you consider sharing across all your social media networks and connections too? The family is traumatised, two beautiful children have been forced against their will to attend a meeting with SWs who admit they know nothing about autism. The children were severely anxious and having panic attacks about it as this is entirely against their will, only for the SWs to cancel an hour before while the children sat waiting at the venue. It is now hanging over their and our heads, to await the next demand for a meeting. Families never recover from this trauma. It's not only autism families. This was a malicious referral by the education department at the LA, who have resisted providing needed resources (even those which do not not cost anything) and a dedicated mother who has been forced to battle for them is being punished. The very 'emotional harm' they are falsely accusing me of, is what *they* themselves are causing our entire family. They have ignored notes the children hand wrote saying they don't want to see them and how much distress it is causing them. It is inhuman, so please do all you can to share this petition, not only among autism families or those with other disabilities, but all who care about justice and want to end discrimination.
