Statement of Purpose

First, I want to start by explaining and elaborating on the problem. Secondly, I will explain what our solution is, and how it will benefit you. Lastly, I will ask for your signature, you to share this with fellow educators, and your support as we approach this issue with a positive fail proof solution.

The problem is that most of our educators hold tremendous value and aren’t treated as such. Teachers have the capability to change the world and are given the time and attention by our children. The main problem with our educators is that not only are they not paid enough, but not often enough as well.

Some counties are only paid once a month, and some are paid bi-weekly. Why should our educators have to suffer being under paid and suffer waiting between paychecks? Flex Checks is going to take the initiative and pay educators weekly or bi-weekly in effort to boost employee morale, add value to working for your county, and overall excitement of being an educator.
