গত দুদিন আগে ফাইনাল ইয়ারের পরিক্ষা ৩০শে সেপ্টেম্বরের মধ্যে ও NEET, JEE, NET,  পরীক্খা সংশ্লিষ্ট ঘোষিত দিনের মধ্যে করতে বলেছে সুপ্রিম কোর্ট । কিন্তু এই সিদ্ধান্ত কার্যকর করার ক্ষেত্রে কোন দায়টা সুপ্রিম কোর্ট নেবে??

১) সারাদেশে যখন করোনা আক্রান্তের সংখ্যা মুষ্টিমে়য় ছিলো সেই সময় পরীক্ষা বাতিল করা হয়েছে লকডাউন করে। বর্তমানে আক্রান্তের সংখ্যা ৭০ হাজার ছাড়াচ্ছে। এই পরিস্থিতি তে পরীক্ষা দিতে গিয়ে কেউ আক্রান্ত হলে সরকারের দায় সেক্ষেত্রে কতটা?

২) যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা, যানবাহন পরিষেবা ইত্যাদির অনিশ্চয়তার মধ্যে পরীক্ষা কি ভাবে নেওয়া সম্ভবপর হবে? 

৩) নিট অ্যান্ড ক্লিন যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা করলেও দূরদূরান্ত থেকে আগত পরীক্ষার্থীদের থাকার জায়গার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা কি সরকার করেছে? যারা পিজি, মেস এ থাকেন কন্টেনমেন্ট জোন এ তাদের বাড়ি হলে তাদের থাকার দায়িত্ব কে নেবে?

৪) ছয়মাস ব্যাপী কলেজ বন্ধ ফলত, neet, jee, net বা এমনকি কলেজের ফাইনাল ইয়ারের পরীক্ষার্থী দের কাছেও পড়াশোনার  পর্যাপ্ত উপকরন নেই। এই বিচ্ছিন্নতা মেটানোর কথা ইউজিসি কি ভেবেছে?

৫)করোনা আতঙ্ক ও লক ডাউন এ পরীক্ষার্থী ও ছাত্রছাত্রীদের মানসিক স্বাস্থ্যের কথা কি সরকার বা ইউজিসি ভেবেছে?

৬) পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সহ বেশ কিছু রাজ্যে  ৮০-২০তে পরীক্ষা হয়েছে। যাদবপুর, প্রেসিডেনন্সি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় পরীক্ষা নিয়ে রেজাল্ট ও বার করে দিয়েছে। এগুলোর কি হবে তাহলে?

৭) ছাত্রী-ছাত্রদের পরীক্ষার প্রতি অনীহা তাই এই প্রতিবাদ এমনটা নয় বরং বর্তমান পরিস্থিতি তাদের পরীক্ষা দেওয়ার পক্ষে অনুকূল নয়। উপরিউক্ত সমস্যাগুলির কারণেই এর প্রতিবাদে নামছি আমরা।

একবার কেন্দ্র নোটিশ দেয় তো একবার রাজ্য। দু'পক্ষই, কেউ বেশি কেউ কম, একে অন্যের বিপক্ষে রাজনৈতিক আওয়াজ সংগঠিত করার উদ্দেশ্যে ছাত্রছাত্রী এবং তাদের অভিভাবকদের লাগাতার ব্যবহার করে চলেছে। ছাত্রীছাত্রদেরকে ভোটের স্বার্থে পিংপং বলের মতো ব্যবহার করা কবে বন্ধ হবে?

English Translation:

The honourable Supreme Court gave verdict that all the universities and colleges have to take the examination of final year’s examination within 30th of September and besides the other exams such as NEET, JEE and NET should be taken during this course of time. But amidst this pandemic situation, how is it possible to conduct such All India basis examinations ? Will the honourable Supreme Court take any responsibility or can the court give assurance to all the students that the examination will conduct safely amidst this disrupted situations?

1) Now, the Covid situation in India reaches its peak with 70 thousands affected people per day. What responsibility will the govt. take if any of those students gets affected while giving the above mentioned exams?

2) How is it possible to conduct such all India basis examinations amidst the uncertainty of transportation?

3) Those students who use to live in mess or as in Paying guest or in Hostel, how is it possible for them to give examinations if their homes are in Containment Zone ? What accommodation will be made by govt. for those students who lives far from their examinations centre?

4) For past six months all the colleges, universities and other education centres are closed due to this Covid situation. For this reason the students have not yet been get the sufficient study materials for those exams. Did the govt. think once and do care of it?

5) The govt. should think about all those students mental health during this lock down and Covid situation all over the country.

6) Universities like Jadavpur, Presidency already conducted the examination and result has been published. Besides, many colleges and universities have conducted their exams in 80-20basis. What’ll happen with those results now?

7) There’s no apathy for examination among the students. Besides, the present covid  situation is not enough fortunate to conduct any type of examinations. Govt. should think about it.

So for this above mentioned reasons we protest against the decision of taking any types of examinations during this pandemic period. The mud slugging upon the decision between Central and State govt. makes the students scape goat who are as now invited to sacrifice their lives and futures in the hand of some group of people. When the students will see the end of this type of mud slugging between the two and when the forces of using them as a ping pong will come to close?
