I am starting this petition concerning college prices of Virginia. College is very expensive, many people need to go to college in order to get a good paying job. People who are in the middle class and low class cannot afford this. The average college cost is above 25k for a year. Parents need to work 2 jobs a day just to pay the college fee. Hence, they get no time to spend with family. This is my concern and it should also be yours. Please sign this petition everyone, and send it to all your friends and family!
