Introduction of Problem :-

West Bengal Police Contable Exam held on 26th Sep 2021 at Different Venue of West Bengal. In this Exam Question paper was Set in only Bengali and Nepali Language. Abscence of English Version in Question Paper created problem in Understanding and solving Question paper for all Non Bengali Students.

Background and How its Discrimination :-

In West Bengal Education  , It is Two language System. I.e First Language or Mother Tongue in Which student cant Opt Either BENGALI, Or URDU ,Or Hindi or English or Alchiki or Kamtapuri or Nepali  etc  and  other is Second language. English is common as Second language For all student. So English is understood by Whole student community of West Bengal.

          In the WB  Police constable exam 26th Sep 2021,Question paper was set  only in Bengali and Nepali language. & it was very helpful only for Bengali and Nepali medium student but ■Difficult  for all Non Bengali  medium Student i.e Hindi ,Urdu ,English etc Medium. And it is discrimination with all non Bengali Students ,Which is Illigal.  If Question paper were  set In English version , Along with Bengali Version ,it would be Understandable by all the students.   Abscence of  English version in that exam  is unconstitutional as well  bcz it Is Obstacle in Giving Equal opportunity to its citizen.

Solution & Demand :-

Now Its Our Demand from Govt of West Bengal and all its Concerned Department That Said Exam be Reconducted and Question paper be Set in Bengali and English Version as Well. And in Future Exams conducted by Govt of West Bengal , Question paper should be Set always in Two language I.e English and Bengali version. And Futher Requested to resolve the Problem of Medium permanently , Kindly introduce Third Language System in which State Language Bengali will be compulsory for All students of West bengal till Madhyamik Exam.
