Problem
The rent in Los Angeles , Ca is extremely high. The average person will have to work 2 jobs if working minimum wage to make the rent at a studio apartment in Los Angeles . The average rent on a one-bedroom LA apartment is $1,949. That's almost twice the national average rent for a one-bedroom, a mere $977

Solution
Decreasing the rent in Los Angeles . Decreasing the rent can decrease the percentage of homeless . The minimum wage does not match up with the rent we have to pay . You will have to work 2 jobs to make rent , Pay utilities , and other bills.

Personal story
I honestly feel that Their raising the property value to get the people to move out of Los Angeles .
