There are plans to bulldoze the World Of Football complex and the associated bowling and pool hall at the Corn Exchange in Edinburgh. These pitches are a valuable asset for the local community and further out. Thousands of players keep fit and socialise every night at this venue and there is no alternative with the facilities or excellent transport links WoF provides. 

We keep getting told about the importance of being active and healthy shutting down such a popular and accessible venue is a backwards step. Not just adults will be affected by this as lots of children also use these facilities, especially in the winter when outdoor pitches are unplayable.
