Eddie Howe's black and white army comes to end. Really thankful with him, helped us to avoid relegation, qualifying UEFA Champions League twice and winning The League Cup Trophy in 2025 for the first time ever, being our first domestical trophy after 70 years. However the results are really poor since 2023-24 season: There are no idea what's Newcastle playing, conceding goals easy to save, without tactics and Plan B... or five at the back as alternative even when we're winning. It costed us some points. 27 points dropped from winning positions just in this season. I don't wanna talk about the performance outside St James Park... We finished 5th last year with a miracle, just one month more and Newcastle would played Conference. I'm sorry but someone who was defeated by Sunderland must be sacked and he did twice.

He isn't able to take advantage of our u-18 and u-21 squads with dozens of prospects signed since 2023... and Miley is not an example, he joined us as child, no teeneger. He prefers to play with players without level insted to bet them, even play with some players out of position like Dan Burn as LB, something that never worked, he persisted and tried again... and it proved itself  or Nick Woltemade as midfielder istead striker. The same changes every game at the same time regardless the result. Recruitment strategy is worthless, you can't reach the top and be the number 1 by 2030 signing english average players or Premier League tested, limiting market oportunities, english footbal tax are so high and there're better oportunities outside Britain but it's so hard with him on the bench. 

Due  his blame and his nephew Andy, Newcastle spent near £250 million just to finish 12th, far away from european competitions, something forbidden with this type of projects. I don't care if Newcastle can't secure Champions League erey season, it's early for it, but we mustn't finish outside. What would happen if Steve Bruce does this? He doesn't deserve an oportunity with David Hopkinson and Ross Wilson. With Arteta winning Premier League, he becomes the highest-spending manager that never to have won a league title in Europe or a European trophy. £920m spent in his career with 1 League Cup to show for it and relegating Bournemouth.

I wouldn't be suprise if Dan Ashworth, Paul Mitchell, Alexander Isak and Anthony Gordon left Tyneside due his blame. Everyone says no one is bigger than Newcastle when Isak left us badly las summer, why didn't they say it with Eddie?  He's also arrogant with excuses after every draw and defeat, blaming everyting istead assume his responsability. Along with Jason Tindall and their best friend Dan Burn. Thinking about thier futures instead Newcastle's future, like we watched against Brighton. A mojority prefer to sign average players, selling our spine and keeping Eddie, instead to fight with elite for the same targets... Shameful. A potential threat think about it. Probably, it will take time for many to understand.

We need someone who help us to compete with trophies regulary (Not just League Cup) and getting Champions League place, just one step for our main long term priority. A team with identity, that knows how they want to play. If the results don't come sometimes, that's fine, but they need to be an attractive team, exciting to watch. We are not asking for big names, but someone capable of delivering. And of course, someone who can give opportunities to academy players.

And to everyone saying 'remember where we came from,' we should tell them 'have a little ambition.' Maybe they are the ones who don't remember where we came from.

It's not about being a true fan, it's not a war between Howe in or Howe out. It's about our future, our long term goals, we were abe to upgrade everything now it's time to upgrade our bench. Eddie will leave the club as one of our geatest legends even he deserves a space to honor his legacy, but as Newcastle United fan I'd rather see him leave through the front door than out the back door in a bad way.
