The Ethics Committee has recently been very horrible at doing their job, they cannot distinguish fact from fiction, they give too long/short sentences, they aren’t well managed, as well as are not the most active. If you bring up a thing from months to years ago, they’ll CE you for that. The only reason they join is most likely to give CE sentences to people. This is not even mentioning the CoE. The CoE has flaws and imperfections that have not been fixed yet. For example, B.1, and B.2 are barely enforced, at least from what I have seen, as well as punishment from these two vary, which could mean the Ethics Committee is biased to certain individuals. There is also D.11, which is one of the most enforced of all of them, it states, “CDs cannot be terminated without a proper reason.” This can be loopholed to where CEs can always be killed, as well as CDs are able to fabricate this to falsely CE the Guards, this could also put into account SDs horrid aim and accidentally killing, but oh no, you need a proper reason, and whom is there to enforce, and find fake evidence? Nobody. The Ethics Committee has failed to do their job once again. My final issue with this Committee is that the Ethics Committee gets Level 3, yes you may complain that it may be in the lore, but if so, why does Alpha-1 “Red Right Hand” not have Level 5 access? They should have Level 2 as standard for everyone whom joins a Department. This has a few outcomes, either all of the Committee is like “Valid argument I do not have, clown emoji I must have.”, CEs all whom have made/petitioned, which shows corruption for both, or they could fix all issues mentioned. I’m aware this is very long but these issues have not been fixed.
