Ebay has decided to require users to use a foreign company Ayden as provider of payment's for doing business on Ebay, Ebay has stock in Ayden.  Ebay for over 20 years did not handle your money as a bank but now they are demanding control of your Ebay funds as a banking service.  Ebay users will no longer have control of their money and a foreign company will now have your personal  identification information and bank account information.  Ebay will now have direct access to customers funds, they can hold money for many reasons, pull money directly from your bank account, funds may not show up in your bank account for 3 to 5 days or longer but require seller ship items prior to having funds deposited to their bank account, before managed payments customer had immediate access to their money. It appears Ebay is not regulated by any government entity, they think they can and have done anything they decide to do regardless of the impact to their customers.  

Ebay indicates all their competitors require their customers furnish personal and financial information, that is not true.

It is time Ebay answers to U S regulations, congress should take action to stop the aggressive action by Ebay to gain control of users financial and personal information delivered to a foreign country.
