Stop Easyjet flights to ALL of Italy

Stop Easyjet flights to ALL of Italy
Why this petition matters
With Coronavirus spreading far and wide, it is important that airlines take caution and responsibility in protecting the general public.
As of March 2020, Coronavirus has over 2,000 cases in Italy and 90 dead. Whilst these are northern regions of Italy, people travelling to and from these areas have spread the virus to many other countries.
It is the airline's responsibility to ensure that passengers are kept safe and whilst the World Health Organisation has only listed the North of Italy as unsafe to travel, it is very likely that it could spread to other regions and highly populated towns such as the capital Rome City.
EasyJet are withholding information with regards to our rights to cancel, change flights and details. They have stopped their online chatbot and are aiming to get back to customers within 28 days via email, which is beyond unacceptable.
Whilst they are very busy at this time with enquiries, the lack of customer service is beyond poor. Customers are unable to change or manage their bookings which leaves them faced with having to foot the bills for holidays they're more than likely not going to attend.
Very few numbers of people will be flying on these planes which is also a cause for concern since it will further contribute to pollution. With 90% of bookings to Italy not going ahead, that number of seats filled will be next to none, which makes it unreasonable to fly out.
Whilst Italy is needing the tourists right now, it is important that we focus on clearing Coronavirus and the only way to do so is to stop flights to and from infected countries- not just towns.
Easyjet needs to pull their weight and cancel flights to these countries, including the whole of Italy. They should see it as a health threat, not a money opportunity.
