This road has been dangerous for years & definitely needs a lower speed limit.

Such a dangerous stretch of road as it is, anything that can be done to make it safer should definitely be done to prevent any further tragic accidents. I especially like the idea of a speed camera.

The speed limit needs to be reduced no one should loose a son, daughter, parent or partner from a car accident where lives could have been saved from reducing the speed limit. I know personally as I nearly lost my daughter from someone idiot driving 40 mph on a road with street lights. We are campaigning for the reduced speed limit it REALLY should NOT be that difficult to save lives / accidents.

Caution is not enough on this road! Traffic approaches as such speed that it leaves chance to decide whether you can turn out safely from the driveway.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH, HIGH TIME CHANGE IS MADE

My parents live at the bottom of rotherfield Hill and I ride and walk (along with my children) horses and dogs along to pales gate lane.
Most people slow, but the ones coming down the hill from rotherfield see us too late.
