Save Our Paramedic RRVs

As parents of children with refractory life threatening epilepsy we are absolutely devastated to hear that our paramedic rapid response vehicles stationed at Sandy, Shefford & Biggleswade are no longer be available to us. These RRVs are a vital part and a valuable resource to our growing community and have been with us in minutes to aide complex seizure management and in saving our children’s lives. I’m sure that Jenny & I are not the only people who are frequent callers to them from our locality. We need them, but not only us, we ALL need them, they save lives!! We are calling on you, other parents and our community to please help us save our RRVs and to convince our East of England ambulance trust and the government to over turn this life threatening decision. This is not just a localised problem, this is now a national government roll out. Rapid response vehicles are a vital part of our ambulance services, especially in rural communities! Save them!
