A young lady who was enjoying herself with her friends, was approached by an elderly man and was offered adult beverages, she accepted the offer. The man demanded to leave with her, she did not refuse. The man called his friend to come pick them up, a white Quantum picked them up and dropped them off at the man's house.

Soon after that they got inside the house, the man locked and the lady sat on a couch but then was approached to go to the bedroom by the man. The man undressed himself and forced Zusiphe to undress but she refused and said "No, I will be comfortable sleeping with my clothes on" and he immediately choked and broke her am and said "Not in my bed, not in my room",Which it is when he forcefully undressed Zusiphe,with fears and anger Zusiphe fought back trying to dress herself up but was unable. She saw a knife next to the bed in a small table that had magazines and books, She took it and stabbed Sandiso two wounds and he fell. He got up with anger trying to reach Zusiphe, he uttered words like "Unyile ke namhlanje ntombi, uzakufa". He attempted to grab the knife but couldn't, he then  reached for a shovel and promised to kill her. Zusiphe did not wait for him to beat her with a Shovel, she acted first and stabbed him again until he fell down.

Angered Zusiphe took the Shovel and broke the door because the man hid the key. She went out screaming and crying, she called her family and friends and explained. She then went to the police to hand herself. 

This petition is to support her to seek justice because she was defending herself and had no intentions to kill. This also seeks to support her after she was attacked on social media by women and men. Calling her names such as murderer when only she was defending herself. I am nothing to her but a South African citizen that believes in just and humans rights. Zusiphe refused to be part of rape and murder statistics, we must always support vulnerable women and support victims. Zusiphe is a victim of attempted rape, a victim that defended herself with any means necessary.
