A grieving family have told of their heartbreak after their baby son's grave was "ruined" by vandals.

Nathan Baldry, 26, and his partner Emma Burgess, 24, from east Hull, sadly lost their four-month-old baby, Jaxson, after he died from suspected cot death.

Jaxson was buried in Eastern Cemetery, off Preston Road, just a month ago after his death on June 30.

The couple, who also have a three-year-old son, Jaylan, decorated Jaxson's grave with solar lights, flowers and photographs.

But on Sunday, October 20, they received a heartbreaking call from Mr Baldry's sister, who said Jaxon's grave had been callously wrecked by vandals.

He said: "We went on Saturday around dinnertime and there was nothing untoward and then my sister went on Sunday morning and saw it. She called us and was just crying and crying."

Mr Baldry's sister had found pictures the family had put on the grave "thrown about" and rainbow solar lights they had bought for the dark nights stolen.

This petition to to get Hull CC to do something about this and to in stall CCTV & fencing to stop this happening to other families going through this horrible ordeal.
