I was served with a protective order against my 7 years old son due to false allegations on March 5,2021. I’ve been a single mother for 12 years! I have always done the best I could to protect and provide for my kids. In November 2020, i was served with custody papers by my child’s dad who had been absent 95% of his life once I asked for a child support modification. Mind you the child support obligations was on 258 a month and they wasn’t getting paid. When we went to family court i never fought or try to deprive him his right to see our son! Since we’ve been in court they have been making it a war! In the midst of it all our child/MY BABY is getting abused mentally! I tried to pray that in due time the situation would get better but it didn’t. Months later my child was left in Mckinley High School locker room unattended for hours while me, his dad, and stepmom was at court! When i asked them about the incident they got mad and started to incriminate me! On February 12, 2020 i was contacted by Zachary police department where they reside to come in and if i didn’t a warrant for my arrest would be made. I later called someone higher in office to see if the officer was going by the situation the correct way. I didn’t just want to go to Zachary and get thrown in jail because a family member told them a bunch of lies! Once the higher ranking officer reach out to the officer that told me come in he called me back and said, “ I apologize Ms.Tasker don’t come in!” I then got puzzled and started to think what’s next! Well, later DCFS came out to my home with an open investigation! Once DCFS didn’t give them what they wanted and take my child from me they started with false reports! My child’s dad and wife made a report saying he was in fear that i would hurt my child because an old charge i had in 2008. I have NEVER been convicted of anything but the Judge signed off on it!!!! I can not text, talk, or go 100 feet near my child! Since he’s been born i have shared our bond on facebook so i’m asking from one parent to another please help me get my baby back! You all watched me the last 7 years and y’all know how much i love my kids! i would never harm them! I really need this because since my child been away from me he’s being forced to say i abused him. This can affect me with my other kids bc i was charged with cruelty to a juvenile on March 6,2021 due to a falsified Dr visit! My baby don’t understand what’s going on so i’m sure he’s being forced and manipulated to say the things he’s saying!  So i’m reaching out to my social media family to help me please and thanks!
