While rent prices are steadily increasing for Central Place, the residents of the community feel that they should be able to use ALL of the amenities that rent encapsulates, including the 6th floor pool deck. The current pool season is slated to begin on May 27th, locking paying residents out of a key apartment feature for an entire month of beautiful weather. By signing this petition, you attest that the Central Place leasing office should hire a lifeguard immediately and allow the pool deck to be enjoyed by all residents no later than May 14th, 2022.
