Only those who have lost a loved one to suicide, would be able to feel the pain in a sense which I am feeling right now. The helplessness, the grief, the horrific sight when you first saw your loved one just lying there lifeless. The tears that are just there on the brink of your eyelid and you can not even cry because you need to stay strong for your family which is left behind.

I lost my younger and only brother to suicide on 2nd December 2021. The irony to all this situation is that the person responsible for my brother's action is still living with my parents. I live 350 kms away from my parents who both are aged (60+) and my brother's wife who began all this is still living with my parents and has forced her way inside the house through court cases and is trying to be the "pretend victim". She is dragging us all, me , my parents, my husband to the court where she has put fake cases of Domestic Violence Act, 2005 on all of us including my brother who is not alive now. 

My brother left a suicide note and a video claiming that his wife and her family is to be blamed but nothing is being done from law, order and justice. I think justice is like a unachievable pursuit in India. All laws which are made are in favor of women are using them against genuine and innocent people. These vicious and callus women who play the "pretend victim" and get all the favors and get heard. I just want justice for my brother and my parents; I want to see my brother's sons happy and prosperous. Laws introduced in the favor of these "pretend victims" must be revised/amended; so that in future no one should get away with abetment to suicide. All proceedings from my brother's and parent's property must only be given to his sons when they achieve adolescence. 

I urge the law makers of this country to see to it that "pretend victims" should be brought to justice and laws to aid them should be amended.
