Pop top roofs cannot be classed as campervans or motorhomes as not solid structure, people pay thousands to convert their vans to campers so why not, as a camper, motorhome speed limits change, so if a converted van goes through speed traps can be fined for doing over limit when really it is not.
A pop top van with cupboards, bed and cupboard should be classified as a camper or motorhome.
