Recently I had my drivers licence revoked due to receiving 6 points from the courts, due to this I have to re apply for a provisional licence and re do both parts of the test, 

The back log for licensing theory and practical test is unknown.

I passed my test December 2019 and had licence revoked April 2021 giving me only 7 months until I am able to receive the full 12 points

I am looking for the government to re look at this due to the back log and maybe just allow me to serve a ban until the 2 years from pass date is completed

this has caused a major issue to myself in day to day life and not knowing when I am able to even get my provisional back makes it much worse, as it is looking like it could be another 12 months before I am able to even re sit my test
