DVLA, a function of Government has been allowed to fail through CoVid, union activity and worker inertia.

People are taking to Twitter to contact or at least try to contact DVLA for many different types of enquiry because the norms have failed.

1. Phone line is an auto message and hang up.

2. Email enquires go unanswered. 12 weeks and counting.

3. Email complaints as above.

4. Personal documents including travel are lost in the alleged system the DVLA has.

What are the Government doing to sort this out and when can we expect results?
