To many people are getting hurt by older drivers. I'm hoping to to enough people on this petition to make a new law that by that age of 70 people need to take some type of test to insure they still have the proper capability to drive and react in time to stop hurting them selfs or someone else. I would like to call it Xander's Law after the little boy that got knocked down by a 91 year old woman in Morningside Edinburgh on the  30th June 2020.
