AVA Watersports Ltd, in Antigua, has been trying to offer Reef Friendly Sun Tan Lotions for some time.  The problem is that even buying in bulk at distributor prices, one you add shipping and duty and broker fees, even with no mark up it is too expensive to sell.

Why not tax the products detrimental to the reef and make all REEF FRIENDLY products duty free.  After all, our reef is worth much more than a few dollars earned from duty.  Especially in a country who's economy is virtually all tourism related.
