Our community has been without internet for any sustained period since January due to an earth wire not being installed in tbe local cabinet. 5 months is unacceptable for a problem that Openreach could have committed to fixing a lot sooner should they have cared. 
This affecting hundreds of homes, peoples ability to work which has knock on financial effects to commuting, parking, childcare and we’re unable to plan anything with any confidence. 
We’re fobbed off with ‘speak to your provider’ or speak to ‘Openreach’. Off shore employees that have no idea what’s actually going on. 
Sky’s latest advice was ‘write to your MP’. Dates come and go and no permanent solution is offered up, whilst we pay our very costly subscriptions on time every month. 
So we have tweeted Chloe Smith and hope this petition may add some weight to our plea. We should not be paying for a service we are not receiving and we want a solution from Openreach NOW. Please sign and share, we can do this together!!!!!
