Toronto & Peel Public Health have both spoken out repeating the need for Physical Distancing & enhanced safety measures in the plan for a #SafeSeptember. Durham Region has been silent. Tell our Region that our students deserve a safe planned return. This virus is flattening. Let’s not jeopardize our children in a “wait and see” approach. Durham Region Public Heath officials need to speak up & lead with Science. A safe return requires lowered class sizes, masks & physical distancing.
