'Leave this court room', wearing a scarf as a cancer victim is NOT acceptable!

My sister today was removed from court by a clerk in a very impersonal manner. 'Why are YOU wearing a scarf in court?'
It must be noted that the people sitting behind my sister smelled of alcohol and urine and they were not dressed appropriately for court.
My sister was literally forced into the public corridor to explain why she was wearing a scarf.
'I have cancer.'
If you are Muslim or cater to any religion that means your head must be covered at all times for religious purposes that's fine!
Who is is to say that my sister is white and does not follow the Muslim faith? Who decrees whom to ask in the first instance?
My sister was both shocked and offended by this rude intervention. Had the judge cared to pay any notice at all he might have noticed that my sister only had one breast and not gone into, 'some one wears a hat, how dare they!'
Dunfermline Sheriff Court is who this pettition is against, please support my sister against persecution from not looking 'normal'.
Ask why before you make judgement!
