On November 29, 2021, residents of Dublin Green Condos in Columbus, OH received notice of condo association fee increases for 2022 based on a reserve study the board had done independently; the Property Management Company, Link Real Estate, had not worked with the reserve company before. 

Without saying more than "capital improvement projects," they called for a vote by 12/19/21 to either accept full funding, resulting in a monthly fee approximately 200% of current pricing, or to vote via ballot to "underfund" and offered an alternate fee that was approximately 133% of current pricing arbitrarily without explanation. 

The board was meant to have a public meeting on November 16th to discuss the budget but it was cancelled. No replacement date has been offered. 

This petition is for owners of Dublin Green Condominiums who ask the board to delay any voting or fee increases until information about what improvements need to be made and why they should be done in 2022, when labor and materials are scarce and inflated in cost due to COVID-19.
