So the point is of shutting down all the colleges in Delhi(including the Delhi University) for some time so as to avoid any mishappening due to the severe air quality.

This could only be done if this petition gets enough support so that it reaches the Delhi University Council and the Government Of Delhi.

The petition is trying to show serious concern towards the health problems that the students might face due to prolonged exposure to such a poor environment and air quality in Delhi.

Hope everyone will understand the issue and help it reach the authority so as to make things better for the young students.
