My 18 year old designated driver Angelina Anderson was killed on Christmas eve by drunk driver.  He has 32 priors and lost his license three years ago to DUI.  He killed my Angelina Anderson and another girl in the car. He hurt my other daughter and guy and he walks from hospital, how? I need justice for my babygirl Angelina Anderson.  DUI should be aressted on the spot and held for trial not roaming the streets like he is.
