Mr. Charles Chanda should be arrested for fraud having robbed many people of their hand earned money through selling of land but not delivering land to them despite paying for the same land, paying service and surveyor's fees in Ndola as well as Lusaka. 

Numerous attempts to get refunds have proved futile despite the victims winning the cases. The company has been liquidated but their are no assets nor funds to pay the many people as deposits for the same plots seems to have been made into his personal accounts. 

Among the robbed are widows and retirees and yet the same individual is seeking election for the highest office in the land. 

I write this petition in the fervent hope of attracting enough attention to the authorities to take keen interest in this matter and help us (victims) get our money back. Surely, there has to be a way of tracing where he has taken our money. He was the owner of the liquidated Brook Cherith and now runs Mangani Ziko and continues to sell land (most likely scam) to more people. 

All we need are our refunds. The justice system seems to favour him because the laws of liquidation place the liability on the liquidator and not Charles Chanda. The victims deserve money back.
