Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me, however, the Colorado Office of the Attorney General has no jurisdiction over this matter. I encourage you to direct your comments to District Attorney Ken Buck.

Oh BULL! You are the bloody attorney general for the f'ing state. Get off your backside and investigate this crap!

While you may not have "direct authority" over the jurisdiction you use your position and authority to take action!

This is not just about animal abuse, which in and of itself is deserving of immediate attention. It is about the abuse of people at the hands of corporate entities, in this case factory farms, using so-called Ag Gag laws that use police protections to enforce their property rights at the expense of our higher values. The Pinkertons are reappearing all over the US. We are now a nation that is quick to imprison to the whistleblower and slow to respond to the criminal activity. This is part of a pernicious and monstrous trend of super-personhood for corporations, beginning with the twisting of the 14th Amendment and leading up to Citizen's United.
