If cyclists are banned from using motorways because of the high speed and risk of accidents, why are we letting them cycle on 60mph roads that usually have even worse visibility and road conditions? 

I’d like the government to look further into this and limit cyclists to roads where they can at least keep the speed limit and be reasonably safe whilst reducing the amount of near misses and congestion on the highways.
