Stop dangerous maneuvers being included in the new driving test

Driving test changes are scheduled for Monday 4th December 2017. One of the changes is to test on pulling up on the right of the street and reverse two car lengths. To test this we will have driving instructors teaching learner drivers to cut across the path of oncoming vehicles to stop on the wrong side of the road and then they will ask them to reverse two car lengths. They will then ask them to move off from a position that they may not see oncoming traffic. This is dangerous. As if the roads are not dangerous enough. The Highway code advises against such a maneuver. Please help me stop this.
Also they intend to include parking and exiting from a parking bay. They recommend using council car parks or supermarket car parks. I also think this could be dangerous.
This does not affect me as I passed my car driving test in 1971 but will affect us all as road users.
