The dress code violation states that boys  are not allowed to have facial hair of any kind whatsoever in rule 11. It also says no hats in the building at anytime in rule 12. But it also mentions in rule 15 that dog collars, tails, spiked necklaces/chokers, and colored hair is not permitted. We see kids breaking rule 15 everyday without repercussions yet males are forced to shave everyday. Rule 11 and 12 should not be enforced if rule 15 is never addressed.
