Dress Code

Dress Code
The dress code is unreasonable and sexist. It is more strict for boys than girls. For the girls (directly from the student handbook) ¨You can´t be suggestive and/or disruptive (e.g. extremely tight-fitting, failing to cover the
midriff/abdominal area, halter-tops, thin straps/strapless, sheer/see-through clothing, shirts with “open” sides,
short shorts/skirts/dresses (above mid-thigh), and/or shredded clothing).¨
The boys get a privilege and wear tank tops, tight tops, etc. while we girls have to ¨cover up¨. No offense to any boys but if boys find everyday dressing (for girls) as ¨distracting¨ then they can, But we shouldn't get punished. You should be able to love your body and express your style. Some people can´t express themselves (style or emotions) by talking so they express their style with clothing.
